Rob Davidson Certified as Farm Succession Coordinator

Attorney Rob Davidson of RHP Law Group recently received certification from the International Farm Transitions Network as a Farm Succession Coordinator. Along with participants from throughout the United States and Canada, he received instruction on the roles and responsibilities of a farm succession coordinator and the techniques that can be used to achieve effective farm successions. Attorney Davidson was previously certified as a Pennsylvania Transition and Succession Dairy Advisor. He also founded and previously served as Director of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Center for Farm Transitions. Attorney Davidson leads the firm’s land development, agricultural and oil, gas and natural resources practices and along with Attorney Karen Hackman develops succession, transition and estate plans to meet the needs of farmers throughout Pennsylvania.
